No experience? Beginners are warmly welcomed. We offer beginner silks and beginner lyra classes for those who have never done aerial before.

Non negotiable me time..I took a chance trying something completely different and out of my comfort zone, and fell in love. 3 days a week I can let go, like literally. It's an hour where I can laugh, challenge myself, and enjoy the people around me. Lexi and Erica have shown me how strong my body is and I have grown so much since my first class. Come try a class with me it's worth it.
