Level 1 Lyra: Sundays

Service Description

Every Sunday at 11am. This class is designed for beginners! Lyra is a metal circus hoop used to practice poses, sensual choreo and tricks. This addicting practice has a ton of pay off as you'll grow confident and stronger cross training apparatuses. Modifications are ALWAYS provided for individual students to either take it up, or, down a notch.

Cancelation Policy

All purchases are non refundable. If you cannot make it to your booking, please cancel 24 hours in advance to allow someone else to get into class. To cancel your reservation and reschedule to a different class, please contact us 24 hours ahead of your booked class. Last minute cancellations will not eligible for rescheduling.
