Let's get bendy! Conditioning, active and passive stretching, all done low to the ground with the assistance of an aerial hammock. Please bring your own yoga mat.

All purchases are non refundable. If you cannot make it to your booking, please cancel 24 hours in advance to allow someone else to get into class.
