Service Description
Welcome to a five week Spiral Series! During the course of this five-week series, we will become comfortable exploring shapes and pathways on our new spiral apparatus. Five weeks together will allow us to begin and grow our understanding of movements in this new, uncharted cork screw territory. The aim is to prep students so that they can feel comfortable expanding on their practice with the spiral during their personal open studio time. This series is not designed for beginners to aerial. Those with a background in lyra or silks will do well.

Cancelation Policy
All purchases are non refundable. If you cannot make it to your booking, please cancel 24 hours in advance to allow someone else to get into class. To cancel your reservation and reschedule to a different class, please contact us 24 hours ahead of your booked class. Last minute cancellations will not eligible for rescheduling.
