Spiral Workshop 8/12

Service Description

Open to all levels, however, must have some experience in aerial arts, whether its lyra, silks or trap. After a thorough warm-up, we will cover introductions to the spiral apparatus, fine tune ascensions and dismounts, explore splits, back-bends and inversions! A cool down at the end will wrap up this two hour intensive workshop.

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are non refundable. If you cannot make it to your booking, please cancel 24 hours in advance to allow someone else to get into class. To cancel your reservation and reschedule to a different class, please contact us 24 hours ahead of your booked class. Last minute cancellations will not eligible for rescheduling.
